We do not accept returns or exchanges once our product has left our facilities. Due to the nature of research and educational affairs, we can not accept returned products as they can not be re-sold or re-used. Research industry licenses prohibit us from reselling products to customers or research laboratories. We make no exception to this policy. In case of breakage during transport, please provide us with photo proof with an invoice to email@example.com and we may provide a new product free of charge + shipping (case-by-case basis).
